Pick an edition and a rating, name your teams, and start. No account, no internet needed.
Put the board on the TV
Plug in with HDMI or use AirPlay, then click Open the TV board. It goes full screen with sounds.

Ratings you can trust
Every question is rated G, PG, PG-13 or R. A G game only ever plays G questions. R asks that everyone is 18 or older.
Autopilot rules
The face-off decides who's in control, three strikes hand over the steal, and the bank goes to the right team. Rounds 4 and 5 score double and triple.
Phone buzzers
Optional. Players scan a code on the TV, pick a team and race to buzz in for the face-off.
Your own questions
Fill in the spreadsheet template for a family reunion, a classroom or an office party, and play only those.
Your title on the TV
Call it Meier Family Showdown or Office Olympics. The name you type is the one on the board.
Game show sounds
Dings, buzzers and a winner's fanfare, played through the TV.
Works offline
Everything runs on your Mac. Phones only need the same Wi-Fi as the laptop. Nothing goes to the cloud.

Is this a subscription?
No. You pay once for 1 year, and nothing is charged again. When your year is nearly up we send one reminder email. Renew if you want another year.
What happens when my year ends?
Top Answers stops starting new games until you renew. If you renew early, the new year starts when your current one ends, so you never lose days.
What do I need?
A Mac running macOS 12 or later, and a TV or second screen connected with HDMI or AirPlay. Phones are optional, for hosting or buzzing in, and need to be on the same Wi-Fi as the Mac.
Does it need the internet?
No. The game runs entirely on your Mac. You only need the internet to buy and download it.
Can I use it on more than one Mac?
Yes, your license works on the Macs in your own home.
Is it family friendly?
You choose. Every question is rated G, PG, PG-13 or R, and a game only plays its own rating. The Kids, Kids Birthday, K-Pop and Men's Fellowship editions are G only. R games ask you to confirm everyone is 18 or older.
Can I write my own questions?
Yes. Download the spreadsheet template from the app, fill it in with Excel, Numbers or Google Sheets, and play your own file.
Is there a Windows version?
It's on the way. Mac comes first.

Email us within 14 days of buying and we'll refund you.
